ROYSE achieves SILVER certification as a BEST BONFIGLIOLI distributor

In 2016, ROYSE became the first BEST BONFIGLIOLI distributor in Spain to market the brand, achieving the highest level in its classification.

Bonfiglioli is world-renowned as one of the largest manufacturers of industrial components and accessories for machinery. It is especially recognized for its gearboxes, drives, and other power transmission components.

Partners who are part of the BEST program must strictly comply with the required service levels and have the necessary tools to assemble and handle Bonfiglioli products.

In the same year, ROYSE officially inaugurated the first BEST assembly center (Bonfiglioli Excellence Service Team) in Spain.

SILVER certification as a BEST BONFIGLIOLI distributor

In 2019, BEST distributors underwent study and analysis to obtain ISO TÜV certification.

To this end, they participated in an audit consisting of a total of 119 points covering 11 different areas of the institution.

Some of those areas include organization, facilities, warehouse and logistics system, communication and image, management system, quality, ethics, and safety, among others.

This certification consists of 3 multi-level categories where 71 mandatory points are established to reach the minimum BRONZE position, which must be surpassed.

Reaching the next level involves surpassing 27 more points and consolidating as SILVER level.

ROYSE, after undergoing certification by an external TÜV which carried out a 2-day audit to analyze point by point, is currently in this category, having successfully achieved 113 points and remaining just 6 points away from reaching the highest category known as GOLD.

The reinforcement of this agile and rapid reaction capacity is achieved thanks to the assembly center that ROYSE owns in the Community of Madrid, from where it serves any point in the country.

ROYSE is the only BONFIGLIOLI – BEST SILVER distributor in Spain.

The achievement of this certification marks its presentation as the first BEST in Spain for the Bonfiglioli brand.

This refers not only to sales volume but also to the level of certification, as it is forged under an exhaustive and detailed analysis of all the aforementioned areas.

Thanks to this, ROYSE proves to be qualified to cover any type of need the customer may have regarding Bonfiglioli products.
