ROYSE AND AXEL JOHNSON INTERNATIONAL SEAL A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

Axel Johnson International (Axinter) has signed the purchase of a majority stake in the ROYSE group, Rodamientos y Servicios S.L., and Royse ISM Servicios Integrales, S.L., a leader in power transmission products and services in Spain.

Royse, a family-owned company headquartered in Seville, Spain, operates 14 branches, employs more than 160 people across the country, and is the largest family-owned company in the Iberian power transmission market. The company was founded by Juan Manuel Ortega Jiménez in 1979 and is recognized for its customer-centric approach and a wide range of products and services, with bearings, power transmission, assembly and product customization workshops, and warehouse management at customer facilities as its main segments. The company’s geographic expansion strategy has ensured high product availability, skilled workforce, and efficient logistics at its own facilities, guaranteeing the best possible service and market response. Axinter and Royse’s mutual customer-centric approach is of great importance in supporting strong customer relationships and long-term commitments.

Axel Johnson International, Axinter, operates in 34 countries, with more than 200 companies, 5,500 employees, and 6 business divisions. The Power Transmission Solutions (PTS) division generates over 400 million euros in revenue across 14 countries, with recognized companies such as Acorn, Nomo, SKS, Axflow, etc. Until now, they had no presence in Spain and Portugal.
