ROYSE at the 29th edition of the BIEMH professional trade fair

BIEMH professional trade fair. The 29th edition of the Spanish Machine Tool Biennial (BIEMH) was recently held in the city of Bilbao with great success among exhibitors and attendees.

BIEMH is a professional trade fair primarily focused on the automotive sector, although it also accommodates other areas such as: aerospace, aeronautics, capital goods, metal construction, power generation, household appliances and kitchenware, railway, molds and dies, oil and gas, among many others.

ROYSE could not miss an increasingly established event. The BIEMH professional trade fair has become a true international benchmark in the automotive field. For this reason, ROYSE had its own stand, where it presented the company’s latest news as well as its most outstanding products.

The event in question is held every two years in the Basque capital and is organized by Bilbao Exhibition Centre and AFM (Advanced Manufacturing Technologies). The latest edition featured the considerable figure of 1,533 participating companies, of which 59% belonged to foreign brands and the remaining 41% to domestic companies.

By activity sector, 22% of exhibitors belonged to the cutting machinery sector, 18% to components, 17% to tools, and the remaining participants were divided among forming machinery, robotics, manufacturing software, and other machines and equipment.

The experience has been truly satisfying for our company, as it has allowed us to stay up to date with what is happening in the sector, in addition to establishing contacts with relevant national and international companies.
