Proper assembly of gear reducers and gearmotors is essential to prevent unplanned downtime in the production process. Virtually all the machines that we usually see every day have industrial gear motors inside them.
They are compact, uniform units responsible for regulating the speed of electric motors so that they operate at a specific rate. They are made up of a speed reducer, a motor that is usually AC or servomotor, and which serve to multiply the motor torque.
The main objective of gearmotors is to allow and control the transition from one speed to another without damaging the mechanism. In other words, they transmit the motor’s force from the input shaft to the output shaft.
A gear reducer is one of the most important components in a gearmotor, as it is responsible for converting the speed of the electric motor. The aim is to ensure that procedures along the manufacturing chain are carried out without any setbacks. In other words, the function of the gearbox is to transform the speed of a motor from higher to lower based on the required needs.
They are generally used in all types of machines, regardless of their size. The machinery needs a reducer for its correct operation. Without them, industrial machinery would have very limited and inefficient activity.
Over the years, we have gone deeper into developing and improving reducers for the benefit of the industry. This has led to greater competition between companies and factories to improve quality controls.
Thanks to the implementation of this equipment, companies benefit from perfect speed regulation, as well as power and greater transmission efficiency. All of this increases transmission safety and reduces the time required for installation. In this way, it is possible to conclude that, thanks to reducers, the industry has been able to expand and achieve better quality and efficiency.
To achieve all of the above, it is very important to have a good assembly service and that is why ROYSE makes its reducer and gearmotor assembly center available to its customers.
ROYSE is part of the BEST (Bonfiglioli Excellence Service Team) program, a collaboration between manufacturer and distributor for the assembly of gear reducers and gearmotors, with all certificates issued by the manufacturer.
We have 750 m² facilities equipped with everything needed for gear reducer assembly: automatic press, test bench, and paint booth for the assembly and repair of Bonfiglioli and Brown Advanced gear reducers, a large stock of motors, electrical drives and mechanical variators (commissioning service).
ROYSE is certified in the BEST Silver category by TÜV-Italia for the assembly, sales, and after-sales service of VF/W, W63/75/86, W110, VFR/WR, A gearmotors. 05÷60, C 10÷60, F10÷90, S 10÷50, A 70÷90 C 70÷90. Corresponding to shafts from 11 mm to 100 mm, hollow and solid.
We also offer authorized Enerpac service for the repair of hand pumps and cylinders.
