Company Measures and Action Protocols against COVID-19

Company Action Protocol against COVID-19. As the Coronavirus curve is starting to flatten, the Government has slowly begun to relax measures. As a result of this good news, many members of our team are returning to their workplaces to resume their activities.

To make it possible to return to pre-lockdown normality, at Royse, we follow a strict action protocol against COVID-19. Would you like to know the details? We discuss it in our new blog.

What is the company’s action protocol against COVID-19?

Before going to work

• Limit personal contact with other workers. Even small droplets produced when we speak can be highly contagious.

• Wash work clothes at over 60ºC. At these temperatures, the virus will disappear.

• Wear your work clothes from home. The less they are touched, the lower the risk.

Upon arrival at work

• Do not touch anything with your bare hands; always wear gloves. If there were any particles on them, removing them prevents hazards.

• Wash your hands immediately and thoroughly. Since there is a possibility of touching external elements before entering work, doing this will eliminate COVID-19 if it were on your hands.

At your workstation

• Use a mask and gloves to avoid contact. This way, you will be protecting yourself and your colleagues.

• Ventilate and clean your work area frequently. This will reduce the number of virus particles that might be present.

• Do not touch your face. It is one of the most common ways of contagion.

During breaks

• Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from your colleagues. This is the recommended safety distance to protect ourselves.

• Do not gather in groups. This will also help prevent virus particles from coming into contact with you or others.

• Wash your hands before and after your break. Soap is very effective against COVID-19.

Use of machinery or assembly line work

• Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters. This is a company action protocol against COVID-19 that we are considering when assigning positions to our workers.

• Continue to use gloves and masks. It is very important never to remove them.

• Wash your hands, clean, and ventilate the environment before and after the intervention, as we have mentioned in other steps.

Upon leaving work

• Do not shower at work; always do so at home. Try not to let much time pass before taking a shower.

• Do not change your clothes at work; wash them directly at home. Take them to your washing machine as soon as you enter and follow the instructions for effective cleaning.

• If you experience symptoms, do not go to work and contact your company and your health center. Inform your superiors of what is happening and take all precautions to prevent contagion.

At Royse, we are committed to tackling COVID-19
