Products Condition Monitoring
Vibration collector
It is a portable device used to measure and record vibrations in rotating machinery, such as motors, pumps, fans or compressors. These vibrations are collected by electrical sensors that convert the vibratory movement into electrical signals. The data obtained is analyzed to identify possible failures, such as imbalance, misalignment or lubrication problems.
Laser alignment
It is a high-precision technique used to correctly align the axes of two coupled machines, with the aim of minimizing wear and increasing operational efficiency. This laser device emits a beam that is reflected by a detector and, through an analysis of the beam deflection, the position of the components can be adjusted until they are perfectly aligned.
Ultrasound
In predictive maintenance they are used to detect air, gas or vacuum leaks in pressure systems, as well as electrical and lubrication problems. These devices capture high-frequency sounds (ultrasound) that are not audible to the human ear. They are used in valve inspection, compressed air leak detection, arc flash analysis and in bearing lubrication, where poor lubrication can generate ultrasonic noise before mechanical failure occurs.
Monitoring system
It refers to a set of sensors and software that allows monitoring the status of machines in real time. These systems collect data on vibrations, temperature, pressure, electrical current and other parameters that are analyzed to detect anomalies. Continuous monitoring systems are essential for critical production plants, alerting technicians to potential problems before serious breakdowns occur.
Advanced analyzer
An advanced analyzer is a piece of equipment that allows in-depth diagnosis of the state of a machine. It is usually a multifunction instrument capable of analyzing vibrations, ultrasound, temperature and other critical factors. These analyzers can incorporate advanced tools such as modal analysis (to identify structural vibration modes), phase analysis or frequency spectra, providing detailed insight into mechanical or electrical problems. Its use is key in applications where reliability and diagnostic precision are essential.
Photovoltaic instrumentation
It refers to the equipment and tools used to measure, monitor and analyze the performance of solar photovoltaic systems. These instruments include solar irradiance meters, power quality analyzers, thermal cameras to detect hot spots on solar panels, and remote monitoring systems that measure power production, voltage, and system efficiency. It is essential to ensure that PV systems operate at peak performance and to identify any performance issues, such as dirty panels, electrical failures or module degradation.
Engine analyzer
It is a tool used to evaluate the electrical and mechanical condition of electric motors. It allows measuring parameters such as insulation resistance, current, voltage, power, phase imbalance, harmonics and other factors that affect the performance of motors. Some motor analyzers also offer functions to evaluate the condition of bearings and detect abnormal vibrations. With this information, technicians can anticipate problems such as short circuits, winding failures, or mechanical failures, and make repairs before breakdowns occur.
