Condition monitoring services
Videoscopy
It is an effective technique for remote visual inspection (RVI), a non-destructive technique for forecasting, evaluation, defect detection and monitoring in different applications.
Thermography
It is a technique that allows exact temperatures to be measured from a distance and without the need for physical contact with the object to be studied. A temperature out of range is a clear sign of changes in the condition of the assets.
Electric
Evaluating the current condition of electric motors and/or generators is identifying potential problems before they occur. These faults can be detected in: rotor, air gap, stator, insulation, power quality, power circuit.
Alineación
Thanks to this technique we extend the useful life of the equipment, reduce machinery stoppages due to breakdowns, etc. A misaligned machine can cost up to 30% in unscheduled downtime, spare parts, inventory and energy consumption.
Vibration
Vibrational analysis is the primary technique for monitoring and diagnosing rotating machinery. It allows us to observe the dynamic behavior of the machines to diagnose them in sufficient time and avoid machine failure.
Balanced
All rotating components, depending on their speed, create large centrifugal forces that, if not compensated, cause excessive stresses that cause serious and rapid deterioration in all the elements of the structure of your machines. As a consequence, the risk of breakdowns increases, making equipment maintenance more expensive and causing unnecessary stops.
Ultrasounds
It is the first technique in the line of predictive maintenance. Aerial and/or contact ultrasound can detect friction, ionization and turbulence before any other type of condition monitoring technology. It also allows you to inspect equipment in operation and remotely.
Tribology
As a predictive maintenance tool, oil analysis is used to discover, isolate and provide solutions to abnormal lubricant (health, contamination) and machine conditions (wear).
